We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Job Coordinator to join our School Photography team. This position plays an important role in making sure Picture Day runs smoothly from start to finish.

As a Job Coordinator, you will work directly with school staff, teachers, students, and our photography team to keep students moving efficiently through the photography process while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

No photography experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in learning more about the school photography industry. Team members who excel in this role will have opportunities to train and grow into photography positions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a friendly and professional representative of our company while working in schools

• Help coordinate the overall flow of Picture Day

• Communicate with teachers and school staff to coordinate when classes and students should report for photos

• Greet students and help direct them through the photography process

• Distribute student cards, paperwork, and other materials needed for Picture Day

• Keep classes organized and moving efficiently to minimize disruptions to the school day

• Work closely with photographers to make sure they have the students and information they need

• Assist students and teachers with questions throughout the day

• Help identify and resolve issues that could slow down the photography process

• Assist with setup, organization, and breakdown of the photography area as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to school administrators, teachers, students, and fellow team members

Photography Experience Not Required

This position is focused primarily on coordinating Picture Day and providing an outstanding experience for our schools and students. Previous photography experience is not required.

For team members interested in growing with us, there will be opportunities to learn the photography side of the business, receive hands-on training, and potentially advance into a School Photographer role.
